I will never buy store bought chicken pot pie ever again. No more frozen Marie Callendars, no more Boston Market. This was so easy to make and to my surprise wasn't too fattening. I found this recipe from a blog called The Hipster Home but switched it up because for one thing, I didn't have creme fraiche. I also didn't have cute ramekins so I used tea cups. Worked out perfectly fine. I was really tempted to make my own puff pastry but with the lack of time, the store substitute worked out great. I will definitely make this again!
