I was invited to a fashion show at Roe on Friday. I took Cam so we could play socialites for the evening. Designer Wayne Hwang was debuting his Spring 2010 | Venus collection. Lots of long gowns, baby blue & red palettes and my favorite, bow ties on the ankles. One dress caught my eye but I think Cam & I were a little distracted by the older woman across from us wearing practically nothing. I think she took the concept Forever21 literally. Show a little class woman! Lol. Highlights of the night besides that: one of the models fell, the drinks were annoyingly priced different on each floor, the gift bags were just black bags with W on it, the time between the end of the show and the after party were too far apart for us to want to even go to the party, and we were sitting next to a drunk lady. We met Thom Scher of Charity Fashion Shows who was the Executive Director of the event and we told him it was a good show and that ended our night.
