Superfood

So I know for a fact that I don't get enough fruits and vegetables in my diet. So I started substituting that loss with Odwalla's Superfood. It has a weird V-8 taste to it, but it's better than nothing! I found a DIY recipe online since Odwalla's a bit pricey! Hope you enjoy!


Things You'll Need:

  • 1-2 Apples
  • 1 Mango
  • 1-2 Bananas
  • 1-2 TB Spirulina
  • 1/4 cup Wheat grass
  • 1/8 cup Barley grass
  • 1/8 cup Wheat sprouts
  • 1 TB Jerusalem artichoke
