So I know for a fact that I don't get enough fruits and vegetables in my diet. So I started substituting that loss with Odwalla's Superfood. It has a weird V-8 taste to it, but it's better than nothing! I found a DIY recipe online since Odwalla's a bit pricey! Hope you enjoy!
Things You'll Need:
- 1-2 Apples
- 1 Mango
- 1-2 Bananas
- 1-2 TB Spirulina
- 1/4 cup Wheat grass
- 1/8 cup Barley grass
- 1/8 cup Wheat sprouts
- 1 TB Jerusalem artichoke
