amen for Ramen...

Hapa Ramen is being named dropped by a number of my friends. I hate trends but his food looks good so I will give some kind of credit to the guy. Besides, we need better ramen over here. I just hope his prices aren't over the top ridiculous. But I know you're thinking, it's just noodles? Well, owner Richie Nakano is getting a lot of credit for his broth made from 100% organic bones and made from scratch noodles. I highly doubt anyone can tell but if you can, then good for you. These pop-up restaurants are a new trend similar to the food carts that have been invading the streets. Hopefully they'll be more available and won't just limit themselves to SF.
