With summer around the corner, everyone's hitting the gym and doing everything in their power to get bikini ready. I've been at the gym pretty much everyday now. Eating a little better, drinking more water, the usual. If I didn't go would I feel bad? No. Will I beat myself up the next day? No. You can bust your ass in the gym, stop eating for days/weeks, whatever. But you'll always feel like you didn't do enough.
In the end, you can have the nicest body in the world, maybe the nicest face but if your mentally f'ed up, you will never be happy with the end result.
So here's what I have to say about that. Please, love yourself. Eating disorders are disgusting and constantly beating yourself up over the smallest chubs isn't worth it. Like Christina Aguilera said, "you are beautiful, no matter what they say"..
