I tried duplicating the Hostess Cupcakes earlier this week because I was bored and wanted some chocolate type dessert. Was it as clean and pretty? No. But it wasn't as sweet and it was OH SO delicious! The frosting actually melted because I was in a rush to meet Cam at the gym so I iced it way to early and it turned into a melted mess. I added the pictures of the mistakes so you can see what you can avoid by just buying more souffle cups instead of "making it work" by adding more to the last few cups! These were so good!
