No macaroni, Mac & Cheese!

Nothing beats making something delicious and kinda healthy! I am on a no flour, rice diet and I managed to make Mac n cheese with cauliflower and broccoli! A little mix of milk, ricotta cheese (or cream cheese), salt & pepper, garlic powder, and a mix of shredded cheese. And viola! Homemade no Mac, Mac n cheese! Yum!
