I truly out did myself. I managed to make a variety of party snacks and appetizers.

On the menu:
1. Grilled shrimp skewers with a mint dipping sauce
2. Panko crusted chicken bites with apricot mustard dipping sauce (cam helped)
3. Pigs in a blanket but with puff pastry and louisiana hot links
4. Parmesan pinwheels, which were the hit of the night
5. Crab crostinis
6. Deviled eggs (which have to be the most ridiculous things to make)

And our mixed dessert plate with an assortment of chocolates and cookies. People seemed to love the bacon chocolate which I'm really glad because I hated it but I didn't want it to go to waste.
