Holy freaking crap. That thing hurts. I woke up this morning like I did 12 rounds with Laila Ali. It was that bad. The warning says do for 2 mins or whatever, I went 10. and it's harder than it looks. I left it in my office so I'd use it daily. I'll write my progress as I go.
