Nokia Customer Service Pt. 2

Hello Customer,

Thank you for attempting to make a purchase through Nokia USA's site. Your order has been cancelled because it was a "pre-order" and even though we offer "pre-orders" we don't really fulfill those orders, so think about that before you make a purchase on our site. And just for future reference, if you place an order and we cancel it, don't expect any form of confirmation that your order has been cancelled, even though you already received a confirmation that if anything happens to your order you will be notified. If you email us with a customer complaint, don't expect anyone to answer you back. We don't have any answers for any question that you might have. We hope you had a horrible shopping experience and never come back.
