Ginger Rogers
Gin, fresh mint, ginger syrup and lemon juice topped with ginger ale. Served on the rocks in a tall glass with a squeeze of lime.

They had the most extensive wine list I've seen in such a small restaurant. *Don you would of loved it.* I think there was about 42 pages of wines & bubbly. 42 pages divided by country, dessert, reds, whites, it was quite overwhelming. They also had a great list of Absinthe drinks available ranging from $11 - $19. We obviously picked the one with the highest alcohol volume. I still can't get past the liquorice taste. Cam had fun creating his own drink and I'm glad they did the Absinthe up correctly, sugar cube and all. I'll post pictures later.
